Rapid Prototyping

DW is fully equipped to produce both traditional and rapid prototypes of the concepts developed within our studios. We have full FDM and CNC routing capabilities, a complete machine shop, and silicone rubber casting and painting facilities.

Links with external RP services for SLA, SLS, CNC laser cut and punched sheet metal, high-speed machining and rapid injection mold tooling allow timely CAD geometry validation.

Rapid Tooling

Rapid tooling programs can be accomplished by using
DW owned aluminum mold bases for parts analysis, prototype fabrication, bridge tooling and manufacturing.

Key Features include 2-4 week design/tooling programs, low cost high tolerance tools and parts, ability to test specific materials, and molding runs of up to 50K parts.
